How is a credit consumed?
Each successful API call deducts its credit price: 1 credit per matching score, 1 credits per text-based resume parse, and 1 credits when a scanned or image resume needs vision processing. Failed AI calls are automatically refunded.
Do both features share the same credits?
Yes. Your plan gives you a single credit balance that both match scoring and resume parsing draw from — no separate quotas to juggle.
Do credits roll over?
No. When your subscription is renewed or replaced, the balance resets to the plan's credit limit.
Can I switch plans?
While a subscription is active you can upgrade to a higher-credit plan at any time — your subscription is switched over and prorated automatically. Same or lower plans become available again once your current period ends.
